Public Good is a marketing platform that helps brands build long-term loyalty. Companies use it to run interactive campaigns that reflect their values and connect with their audience. Their marketing experiences go beyond traditional advertising banners by driving user engagement through formats like quizzes, polls, and interactive videos—encouraging meaningful action rather than passive viewing.
To meet the customization demands of their growing client base and ensure their experiences are as visually compelling as their content, Public Good enlisted Fuzzy Math to build a new design system. One major area of opportunity was introducing more flexibility into the system. In previous iterations, each campaign could only include a single pattern per unit: one quiz unit, one poll unit, etc. This new system sought to potentially combine multiple patterns into a full experience while maintaining sustained engagement.
Our lead UX designer, Alfreda Kava, developed an experiential strategy for the new marketing experiences, while I focused on developing the design system’s patterns, components, default branding, and motion framework. The result was a flexible, modular content design system that enabled brand customization, seamless mix-and-match functionality, and embedded moments of delight.
